Established in Helsinki in 2010, the electro-metal outfit Khroma conveys the decline of our times into an assaulting soundtrack of down-tuned grooves, cinematic soundscapes, trip hop and drum’n’bass beats, and vocals extending from whispers to screams. This fusion of influences is further explored lyrically as the band tackles counter-cultural issues of disillusionment, fatalism and despondency. Since their inception, Khroma has released three acclaimed

albums and done 10+ European Tours, the latest in 2019 with Ukrainian metal masters Jinjer, expanding to 40 dates and 13 countries.

In September 2021, Khroma released their third album “Ex Nihilo”, produced and recorded in Helsinki, Berlin and Malaga over a 2-year span. With ”Ex Nihilo”, Khroma continues to explore the realm between the analog and the synthetic. The band is currently writing their fourth album, due out early 2025.
